Entry

What is raffled off is the opportunity to purchase the product at its regular price, not the product itself for free. Entering the raffle is free and non-binding. There is no obligation to purchase when entering, but purchasing at the regular price is required to receive the product if you win. One entry is allowed per household, regardless of how many product variants you register for.

Entry requirements

• Residence and shipping address in Switzerland
• Minimum age of 18, or for minors, consent from a parent or legal guardian to enter and to purchase if they win
• Fully completed entry form with a valid email address and phone number
• One entry per household, regardless of the number of selected product variants

Process

Entries are accepted until the entry deadline stated on the respective product page. After the entry period ends, winners are drawn from all valid entries.

Draw and winner notification

Winners are selected at random and notified by email. There is no entitlement to be informed if you did not win.

Purchasing the won product

Winners receive a personal, time-limited purchase link. If it is not used within the stated period, the entitlement expires and the spot passes to the next person on the waiting list. For winners who are minors, the purchase must be completed or explicitly approved by a parent or legal guardian.

Exclusion

Multiple entries from the same household, as well as entries with incomplete or evidently false information, may be excluded from the raffle.

Legal

Legal recourse is excluded. The prize cannot be paid out in cash. We reserve the right to adjust or cancel the raffle for good cause.

Privacy

Data collected as part of the entry is used exclusively to run the raffle and to contact winners, and is not shared with third parties.
