Collector's Map
On our Collector's Map (pokecado.ch/pages/karte), we present our product range as an island world. So that the map knows which places you have already discovered, your browser stores in its local storage, under the name "pokecado_karte_v1", which collections you have opened on the map or in the shop, when you last viewed them, and whether you have seen the short introduction. This information stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to third parties, contains no personal details about you, and is not used for advertising or analytics. You can delete it at any time by clearing the stored website data for pokecado.ch in your browser.
My Trail on the Collector's Map
If you are logged in to your customer account, you can turn on the "My Trail" switch on the Collector's Map. The map then shows your own orders that have already been shipped: as flags on the map, in the logbook, and in Memory Bay, each with product, language, purchase date, and shipping date. This information comes from your customer account in our shop and is only loaded once you turn on the switch. It is shown only to you, is not stored anywhere else, and is not shared with third parties. The map does not show amounts, addresses, or order numbers. In your browser, the map only remembers whether the switch is turned on in the current tab (session storage, "pokecado_karte_spuren"). This information is deleted as soon as you close the tab.
Pokécado Store (Pixel game)
In our Pokécado Store (pokecado.ch/en/pages/laden), you can browse our range as a small pixel game. For this, your browser stores two items in its local storage: under the name "pokecado-laden-ton", your sound settings (sound on or off, music, effects and volume), and under the name "pokecado-laden-besucht", that you have already seen the short introduction on your first visit. This information stays on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to third parties, contains no information about you as a person and is not used for advertising or analysis. We load the fonts and sounds of the store from our own shop, not from third parties. Anything you add to the cart in the store goes into the regular cart of our online shop. You can delete the stored information at any time by clearing the stored website data for pokecado.ch in your browser.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on this website, update the "Last updated" date accordingly, and provide notice as required by applicable law.
