All orders are shipped directly from Switzerland. For customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein, this means fast delivery times, transparent processing and no unexpected import costs.

In-stock products are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein then usually takes 1 to 3 business days.

For pre-orders, shipping begins from the date stated on the product page.

Pre-orders allow you to secure highly sought-after products before their official release. Shipping begins no earlier than the stated shipping date, not immediately.

If you order pre-order items together with in-stock products, everything is shipped together once all items are available.

For high-demand products, a limit per household applies. It is stated directly on the product page. Second orders are not permitted.

If a limit is circumvented, we reserve the right to cancel the order and make the products available again. This applies in particular to highly sought-after products, for example on pre-order days. The limit gives as many customers as possible a fair chance.

The product language is shown directly on each product, as a badge or in the product description. We carry products in German, English, French and Japanese.

As long as products are regularly available through official channels, we align with the recommended retail price. For limited or discontinued products, the price reflects the current Swiss market value.

For Japanese imports, we calculate based on purchase price, shipping and customs costs. Our goal is always fair, transparent pricing.

For popular releases, demand often far exceeds our available stock. As a small shop, we frequently receive only a limited allocation.

A product is only secured once the purchase is fully completed. Items in the cart are not reserved. We review orders manually and cancel suspicious or unfair orders so that everyone has a fair chance.

The exact date is stated on each product, and pre-orders always open at 7 pm. If there are delays from our suppliers, the date may be pushed back. We communicate this transparently, and affected products show a "Delayed" badge.

On the collector map, our shop is an island world: every collection is an island. Wherever you have been, the fog clears, lights show what is new, and new sets rise from the sea on release day. There are no points and no rewards, it is simply a different way to browse.

If you are signed in, you can turn on "My footprints": flags then mark where you have bought something that has already been shipped. The logbook lists all your purchases by date. Only you can see this.

In the Pokécado Store, you walk a little character through our shop as a pixel game. The shelves hold everything that is in stock, and the display cases hold slabs and singles. Add whatever you like straight to your cart, then pay in the shop as usual. Purchase limits and shipping stay the same.

The store works on your phone and on a computer. Sound only plays if you turn it on. On drop evenings, the store is closed from 18:30 to 19:30 so the drop can run smoothly in the online shop.
