Shipping Information
We strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Below you will find an overview of our shipping policies:
Processing Time
Order processing: Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Order cut-off time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard shipping: Delivery within 2–3 business days.
Express shipping: Delivery within 1–2 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping: CHF 7.50 flat rate
Express shipping: CHF 9.50 flat rate
Orders over CHF 250.– qualify for free Economy shipping (Switzerland only).
International Shipping
For deliveries outside Switzerland, import duties, VAT, customs fees, or handling charges from the carrier in the destination country may apply. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are borne by the customer. We declare all shipments correctly with the actual value of the goods.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. A handling fee of CHF 5 is already included in the shipping costs to cover the additional effort involved in international shipments.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Japan Import – Delivery Time
Some of our exclusive products are imported directly from Japan for you. This results in a slightly longer delivery time of approx. 5–10 business days. We order the items from our partners in Japan after you place your order, so we can always offer you original, current, and authentic products.
We will keep you informed throughout the process – so you always know when your parcel is on its way.
