Right of Withdrawal

Under Swiss law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return for online purchases. We therefore do not grant a voluntary right of withdrawal. All orders are binding and cannot be cancelled or returned once completed.

Exceptions:

An exchange or return is only accepted in the following cases:

• Incorrect delivery on our part

• Manufacturing defects (factory defects) upon receipt – must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photos. Transit damage is excluded and must be claimed directly with the shipping carrier.

• The return must be made within 14 days

• Return shipping costs are initially borne by the customer
